New Years 2015

New Years was a lot of fun this year.  Since the boys usually go to bed around 6:30-7:00, we decided to have a little New Years celebration with them before bed.  So we went to the store and got them some New Years Hats and party blowers.  They we came home and fed them pizza for dinner. 

Then Netflix had an awesome little New Years show that had a cute little New Years countdown for kids that you could play whenever you wanted to.  So after dinner, we let them watch the little countdown show.. which was only about 5 minutes long.  Porter and Kaden were SO EXCITED when the show started counting down.  They got their blowers all ready and the minute it hit 1 and said, 2015.. they started going crazy on their blowers.  They were so cute!!

Then of course we had to grab the pots and pans and let them go outside and bang them on our porch.  I bet our neighbors thought we were crazy banging pots and pans at 6:30..haha.  But the boys had a blast!!

Then after the kids went to bed we had Donna and Geoff and their kids, and Shane and Teddy over for a little New Years party!  We had a super fun night together.  We played games, watched movies and ate and ate and ate all night long until midnight.. you can’t beat that!

Paul went a little out of control on the food menu.  He ordered tons of pizzas, chicken wings, cinnamon and cookie pizzas, and then we had lots of chips, chocolate, donuts, and crackers and cheese balls.  We were stuffed by the end of the night.

And then it was time to ring in the New Year.  Of course we had to all go outside and blow our horns like crazy..haha!  I love my family so much!

Thanks family, for such a wonderful night.  I am excited for a New Years and to find out what this New Years has in store for us!   Hope you all had a wonderful New Years as well!
