FIrst of all, I just want to let you know how thankful I am for my knowledge of Christ’s resurrection. I am so grateful to know that His death was not the end. Because of His Resurrection, we will live again. Because of His sacrifice, we can rise above sin to experience true joy. Because He lives, we can find His help and healing every day of our lives. I love my Savior with all of my heart!

Here are some cute little Easter pictures of our handsome boys!!
Easter morning the boys were so excited to wake up and see what the Easter Bunny brought them. Aww.. being a Mom is the best!
Then it was time for Easter morning breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and applesauce.
I absolutely love when Easter Sunday also falls on General Conference. What better way to spend Easter morning then by hearing from our wonderful leaders of our Church testify of Christ. We wanted to come up with a way that we could help the boys to listen and pay attention during conference. So we got a big bowl of candy and printed pictures of church related topics like: Missionary work, temples, The Prophet, Scriptures, Baptism, Prayer, etc. onto pictures of city related items. Then every time the boys heard one of these words they could choose a picture to hang on the wall and build a city. Every 3 pictures they put on the wall.. they got to choose a candy. We got a little sugar overloaded, but the boys paid attention the whole first session and most of the second. I say it was successful!
Here is Porter and Kaden snuggled up on the rocking chair listening to conference.
In between conference sessions, we got buy making some Easter rolls. These have been a tradition now for about 4 years and Paul is a pro at making them.
Then we headed to my Mom’s house for Easter lunch. The Easter Bunny at Grandmas house also came and brought the boys some cute little presents. They were pretty excited!
Then it was time for Easter dinner. Mmm… just looking at the food makes my mouth water. Thanks so much Mom for such a wonderful Easter dinner.
Snuggles with Grandma!!
So grateful we were able to spend some time with family.
We had a wonderful Eater and we hope that you all did as well!
