Happy 11 Months to our little sweetheart Kaden. Times flies soooo fast. This was a big month for Kaden because he started to walk at the last part of December and was walking like a pro by the 1st of January. It was like all of a sudden he just decided that he wanted to walk and went for it. Yay Kaden!! What a big boy!!
Kaden also had a rough month with being sick. At the beginning of January he got the flu pretty bad. One afternoon, Kaden, Porter and I were walking around Scheels when all of a sudden Kaden started throwing up and throwing up everywhere..poor little guy. We had started him on whole milk so we thought his little system was just not ready for it yet..but we quickly learned that it was the full fledged flu. He threw up and had diarrhea for over a week..poor little kid. Then just a couple of weeks later we found out that he got his first ear infection and croup cough and had to start antibiotics (on January 21st). That was pretty rough, but he was a trooper and still was a super happy and smiley guy.
Kaden LOVES story time. If you just say the word story, he runs and finds as many books as he can and brings them to you. He is very interested in the pictures and especially loves books full of animals.
Kaden also LOVES bathtime. As soon as you tell him that it is time for bath, he hurries into the bathroom as fast as he can. Look at our beautiful bath baby. What a sweetheart.
Kaden is so sensitive and so full of love. Something absolutely adorable that he does, is give hugs. He LOVES giving hugs, especially to his big brother Porter and will follow him around everywhere just to give him hugs. If Porter tries to get up in the middle of the hug..Kaden will just hang on for dear life and keep hugging him. It is so sweet. I remember this one time, Kaden was driving his cars down this car slide toy we have. Every time he made the car down, he would come over and give me a hug. Then he would go do it again, and again would come give me a hug. He did this over and over for a long time and it was so sweet. You can just feel the love and peace that radiates from Kaden. He has such a beautiful and sweet spirit.
Kaden is still the best eater ever. He will eat everything and anything at any time of the day. The minute you ask him if he is hungry, he runs in the kitchen saying ‘num num.’ His favorite foods right now I would guess would be: Any kind of berries (especially blueberries and black berries, yogurt, applesauce, cucumbers, cheese, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Look at this beautiful boy!! We just love him to pieces!!!!
I love this little video of Kaden. He is so cute playing with his little car and saying “tuu tuu”(choo-choo like a train) so so so cute.
Happy 11 Months to our beautiful little boy!! You bring our family so much joy Kaden. We love you so much!!

He is so beautiful!! You have the most handsome boys! He seems like such a sweetheart and a joy to be around. I loved the pictures of him hugging Porter! So cute! And him in his tie. I can't believe he is almost a year! Time flies! :)
