Whoever knew that food colored ice cubes could be so much fun? We colored some ice cubes the other day and gave Porter some tongs and a bowl of warm water and let him play. He thought it was so much fun. He played for over an hour! He thought it was fun watching the ice cubes melt in the water. We also rubbed salt on the ice cubes and watched them melt. He also loved stacking them and eating them..haha! Good sensory activity I think!
And then of course when we were done playing with the ice cubes, we had to throw them in the bathtub. Porter thought it was so fun how it colored the bath water..haha. Kids are so easily entertained!!
Can’t wait to do this again!!

What a fun idea!!! And it was probably so easy to make too. We will have to try it. And in the bathtub? I think his face in the last picture explains it all! Such a cutie. :)
